All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Click Krafts, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary methodologies, remain the exclusive property of Click Krafts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Krafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Click Krafts and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed to Click Krafts for services rendered.
